    App Does Not "See" Touchpoints, can be Controlled Locally

    If this occurs uninstall the app, reboot the phone,then “reboot” (pinhole) the TouchPoints, reinstall the app and test.

    Occurs if:

    • App set up for first time with newly activated TouchPoints and the phone is not restarted before using the app.
    • Home Account is created / app installed before the Nubryte is placed in service.
